• How much do you charge?

We bill a competitive hourly rate. It's a simple, no-fuss way of making the invoicing as clear as possible and we do provide a breakdown of how those hours are spent. For more information on what constitutes billiable time, please see our rate card.

In the case of original artwork commissioned by you, the rate depends on complexity of the work and its intended use. For rate inquiries, please email Marci directly.

We will provide an estimate, free of charge, at your request.  We ask for a deposit of a standard 50% of that estimate at the beginning of our contract with you to engage our services. This deposit is non-refundable; we cannot "undo" hours we have already put into your project.

• What constitutes billable time?

Scanning, formatting, design time, meetings (and travel time to same), phone calls from the client, CD burning, alterations to a project that has already been approved, proofreading, editing, updates on a previously finished project, research on behalf of the client, and technical support (TwoGargs is not responsible for the client's knowledge of their own systems but we are sometimes available to offer support in this area).

• You designed my logo a few years ago, and I lost my disk copy.  Can I get another one?

Of course.  We always keep a backup copy of any project we've done.

• I have my resume in [insert name of word-processing software].  Can you work with that?

Almost always yes.  The combination of software we have at our command allows us to open files made with just about any software package.  We can also export files to whatever software you run.
