The following is a list of services which comprise TwoGargs' hourly rates. This list is by no means exhaustive, but provides examples of the services the client receives for the rate quoted. Material costs (CD-ROM's, envelopes, stamps) are extra.

Additions, changes or redesigns after initial design has been completed
Updates to existing sites (incl. all of the above)

• Administrative

Phone Calls rec'd from client or on client's behalf
Meetings (incl. travel time)
Faxing on behalf of the client
CD Burning
Backing up files / Copying files for client
Photocopying
Mailing documents
Troubleshooting (please note: TwoGargs does NOT provide technical support services to our clients; troubleshooting refers to online difficulties with websites or communication between departments in a client's company, or between the client and a printing house.)
